  • Doesn’t work anymore

    I used to use this app every time I ordered. Now it doesn’t work anymore. Fix this app Roti or you will lose customers!
  • Very inconsistent

    As noted on other reviews, the update to a new platform has resulted in inconsistent user experience. Every time I use the app lately, I have to re-enter customized meals several times before they’re reflected accurately in the cart. Sometimes one of the mains is wrong, most recently an entire customized bowl was replaced by a duplicate of the previously-entered salad.

    Then today the card processing was down *again*.

    The last time the app had a catastrophic failure, they offered a credit to be used through the app as a one-time “thank you for putting up with us”. I clicked on it … and the app didn’t work again, so the credit was lost. 🙄

  • Place order button doesn't work

    After you spend time creating an order and putting in credit card, you hit "place order" and nothing happens. The website doesn't work either. Roti, why do you have an app out here that just aggravates customers?

  • DO NOT DOWNLOAD APP DOESN’T WORK

    App does not allow you to place order on final checkout page
  • Doesn’t work.

    App never works. Can’t order anything. Tragic.
  • The app used to work well..

    I used to place orders through the app easily and conveniently all the time. Recently, anytime I try to select a location to place an order ahead, it says the restaurant is not accepting orders. When I go to place orders online through a browser, not the app, it works just fine. Very disappointing.

  • Couldn’t get the app to work

    When I tried placing my order, the app kept telling me to sign in even though I was already signed in. Once I clicked sign in after it prompted me in checkout, I’d go back to the checkout to pay and it would once again tell me I needed to sign in. Couldn’t get out of this circle of trying to check out and having to sign in again.

  • Doesn’t work at all

    This app doesn’t work at all. When you click order now the app just essentially becomes a web browser and says “something went wrong” and when it actually does work, it asks you to sign in again and to use the app. Makes no sense. Old app was so much better. Don’t fix something that isn’t broken.

    …to receive rewards points. WHY?!? You can’t keep track of people’s purchases made thru your own app?
