  • Unable to Order

    Literally unable to place a pickup order due to faulty data validation on the app. Do better QA.
  • Love Roti, sadly the new app doesn’t give $10 off it promises

    Be sure to delete your old cards from your account before adding it back in order to receive the $10 off. Kind of bummed I didn’t get the credit for downloading the new app as the marketing email. I’ll still forever love Roti, but not so much the app.

  • Group Order Headache

    Won’t let you checkout your group order. Called the store & they said they’re getting a lot of calls with the same issue. Thought the group order feature was great because you just send a link to your group but it just won’t let you complete the whole order. Too frustrating, deleted app.

  • Terrible tactics to “Reward” customers

    Ever since you decided to “Upgrade” your app, you have MADE THE DEGREE OF DIFFICULTY to redeem rewards painful. I am a loyal customer 2-3 times per week. But no more! I gave it a chance.

    Why do I have to get a paper receipt to scan it in to prove to you that I should get rewards? That is backwards. But the real reason is, YOU DON’T REALLY WANT YOUR CUSTOMERS TO REDEEM THEIR REWARDS.

    Slick little way of SAVING MONEY FOR YOUR BOTTOM LINE.

  • Disappointed

    The app was supposed to roll over credits from the previous version but that didn’t happen and no one responded to my complaint. Not very professional.
    Roti is great although the post-pandemic menu isn’t as good as before and is a lot more expensive

  • New app doesn’t even work

    I was told to install the new app, which doesn’t even work. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times and the app immediately crashes upon opening. Now my $10 reward is going to expire because I can’t use it. Nice.

  • Rōti is simply better....

    This new app makes ordering my favorite food so much easier. During the pandemic Rōti really stepped up their game. Food is better, people are much more enthusiastic and now ordering, picking up or getting food delivered is easier. Love it!
