Doesn’t work
Unfortunately this app doesn’t work. It doesn’t allow me to add my custom bowl to my cart after selecting all my options. Completely useless. Also, ridiculously, I get stupid prompts to download the app, while I’m in the app! It’s been deleted and I won’t be eating from Roti anytime soon.Epping112263

….it just doesn’t work like it is supposed to. No matter which credit card I register, the app just doesn’t pick up my purchase, so no credit is applied. I have to request receipts and upload copies which is kind or a paid. The old app worked great. I preferred paying with the app barcode directly. I would increase my rating to 5 stars if the app worked properly.Show lessJMWebb81

This app simply does not work for ordering food. On multiple occasions, the app has not allowed me to order, telling me there is an error, without telling you where or what the error is. Love the food, hate the appahskcovjsbe
App not working as expected
Love Roti’s food. The app used to rock, but now every time I try to order through the app it says that it’s outside of the parameters no matter what I order. Please fix!MSMudPie
Fever dream nightmare of an app
At every turn there are errors using this app. Couldn’t finish an order despite a 1/2 hour of effort. All manner of errors. Great food but the previous app worked, every time. This is simply an exercise in frustration and should be quickly discarded. Also, app seems to behave more like web app rather than a native one. Good lord, really!? This is 2022! Love the food. Hate the app. Every time I try and order via app, while logged in, I get asked for my email. When I click on the link in email it brings me to the website to finish order.84jenc
The $10 promotion does not work in the app
I downloaded this app to apply the promotion offered from Roti but it does not work. I can place an order as the app says the total cost is incorrect. Please review. Thank you.Cazer-17
So many bugs
The checkout process prefills your name and phone number from your Thanx account but presents an error telling you to fill in your name and phone number. The fields are not editable because they are prefilled.
Redeeming an award gives you a 60 minute timer to redeem physically in the store. You cannot redeem for an online order inside the app
Once you log out, you cannot log in again. They email magic links to you to accomplish login and these open in Safari and not the app.

Stuck on Submitting order page for days
Everytime I go to place an order it is stuck on the same screen and I cannot progress or reset it. It just says submitting order.NeedsFNCU
