Brilliant
Cannot rate this App highly enough - there are soooo many different options for all sorts of problems and it really does work. The first session I did was on getting a good night’s sleep and I was amazed to find I was snoring away towards the end of the session and then went on to have the best nights sleep I’d had in a long time; from that moment on I was hooked! And I am an individual that was previously sceptical about the effectiveness of hypnotherapy - not anymore!
