What a brilliant app. I’ve used a few of the choices such as healthy eating, eating less sugar, etc but my favourite is the fasting one. Not only has this cut down on my eating, but has helped me get better sleep and stopped me clenching my teeth as I fall asleep relaxed 🙂S.S.J.B.

I got the ultimate weight loss one, (with gastric band) normally I’m terrible at sticking to my diet, but I’ve been playing the app for 3 weeks now and have been perfect on it!!
I’ve lost a stone already and I go into shops and walk past the sweets/cakes etc and just pick up the items I actually went in for! ….. I feel so much better in myself already, clothes feel looser and I have more energy. Hoping to loose another 4 stone with it yet!! …. I’ve never done hypnotherapy before. I bought a single download from an add, maybe Facebook an after using it as directed I took up he offer of the full catalogue. I do these as many nights a week as I can. And I can honestly say I love them. They have made a real difference to me. I now do loads of different ones to simply make me better….. Depending on where I am at in my world.
For me, they work. And I recommend them and share them with my clients.

Don’t try this app unless you want to change your entire life. It’s like having a personal therapy session in your pocket any time you want/need it. I love this app!! and enjoy the man’s voice so much, it’s so soothing and hypnotic. Not so keen on the ladies voice but I suppose it’s all subjective. Anyway he is amazing, I haven’t lost a lot of weight but I’m definitely more relaxed in life and my sleep! Started making my 14yo son listen too and he loves his voice.
