Thank you for sharing your experience. Our zero-knowledge encryption means that access to your account is fully gated by either your password or your recovery key. Without either, the only way back into your account is through an account reset, which breaks the encryption protecting your data. If our support team did not communicate this clearly or was unhelpful, I take that very seriously. Please reach out to us at support@cloaked.com and ask for me, Lucas, so I can personally assist you and ensure your concerns are addressed properly.
Scam don’t fall for it.
So I try to cancel my account and there is no way to do that and these scammers have been trying to bill my card ever since. So No matter what you do, Do not sign up. Just a bunch of good scamming liars that want your money.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We apologize for any miscommunication regarding our virtual card service, which is still in closed beta. If that was not clear we'd be happy to help refund any subscription payments and cancel your subscription as needed, which should be doable within the app or with our support team. Please email us at support@cloaked.com so we can make sure you are cancelled and refunded as desired. We'd also be happy to set you up with 3 months of free access so you can see what our product currently has to offer before we launch Cloaked Pay!

Doesn’t work from the start
After several attempts of closing the app and reopening, I gave up.
I went into subscriptions and canceled within 30 minutes.
Very poor app
It works as promised
It was getting ridiculous. because it would fill up my inbox.
After one week. I receive zero. Every email I received is what I should be getting.
If you are so inundated with spam not only in your email. But phone calls three or four times a day. And you’re getting tired of it.
Download Cloaked.
I have no complaints. And I haven’t utilized the power of the program to its fullest.

Impossible to cancel paid subscription
The service wasn’t able to accomplish what I had initially expected. I paid for the service to manage the amount of spam I receive in my email inbox. However, I get the same amount of spam and it’s been over a month since I created the account.
Cloaked is a scam and should be reported for fraud

I’ll personally ensure this is resolved promptly, refund you for any requested payments, and address any other concerns you may have. We are working on making subscription management easier and have added one-click cancellation that should make account cancellation simpler.
