  • app won’t let me sign in

    created my account with facebook, now the app says i can’t use this app to sign in with facebook. okay, i try to make a new account and it doesn’t allow me to do that either! says my device has too many sign ins or something. it has NO sign ins because you will not let me sign in!!!! i’m at my wits end i just want to use my rewards to eat a delicious sammie but unfortunately i can never come to snarfs again.

  • Snarf’s never disappoints

    Whatever store i go to. Sandwiches or burgers. It’s always top notch. Great to see you got your own app now. I’ll be ordering even more 🫶🏼

  • App doesn’t work

    Using an iPhone, downloaded the app to sign up for the new rewards system. After logging in it just crashes back to the iPhone Home Screen. You can’t order sandwiches or even access your account data in the app. Needs a software update stat!

  • App is very glitchy

    When I’m trying to place an order, the “operation timed out” for several steps of the process. Takes multiple attempts just to place an order or add a reward. Please fix these glitches/bugs.

  • Can’t log into my account, stuck on verify details screen

    Can’t log into my account, stuck on verify details screen. Tried closing and restarting the app but it takes me back to the verify details screen with no obvious way to start over or cancel.

    I haven’t been feeling so well lately but I finally feel better today So the SO THE FIRST PLACE I thought about COMING WAS SNARF’S To have my favorite TUNA SUB with provolone cheese SNARF’S is the best SANDWICH SHOP in the whole world, in the whole wide world! 120th & Tejon Westminster Colorado. Sincerely Jackie a satisfied customer I got there just in time they were closing at 2 o’clock for their company party where they were closing all of the Snarfs I got there just in time to order my favorite from a sandwich with provolone cheese, onions, mayo, and lettuce and lots of sprouts. NURSE is the only place I will ever order a tuna sandwich. You should try it sometime.

  • App can get stuck

    I tried connecting to my account but didn’t know the email used previously so I tried creating a new account. The app requested a phone number and birthdate but will not proceed because that phone number is already associated with my other account. It won’t let me back out to try connecting to my original account. Quitting and restarting the app brings me back to the screen asking for a phone number and birthdate with no option to back out, trying to go forward only yields the same screen and an “Oops! Phone has already been taken [OK]“ message.

  • Love Snarfs but new app will not crashes

    Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because love the sandwiches. Old app worked fine, new one won’t even load on my iPhone 13 since one of the updates months ago (initially worked maybe late last year?) Just the app splash screen then app immediately crashes and disappears. Please fix!
  • Stuck on entry screen

    Similar to others, the new app asks for my phone number and birthday. I do so. It says that the phone number is already being used, and won’t let me do anything. Terrible app bug for a great sandwich shop. Guess I’ll eat elsewhere…
  • New update doesn’t work

    Updated the app and it asked for my phone number and date of birth. Plugged that all in and said “Phone has already been taken.” Tried it multiple times and still nothing. Can’t get into my account to order anything/access for my rewards, I’m stuck on that phone number page.

    Please fix!!
