  • Phone number already taken

    Was using the new app with no issue and was a regular at Snarfs. Then the new app started asking for phone number and birth date. When I try to save phone number and birth date, I get a message saying phone number already taken. No support number or chat. No way to fix it. If you want me to use the app, make it work. I am now going to other sandwich shops that have an app that works.

  • App Always Crashes

    It crashes every time I open it. I can never get past the opening screen to make an order. I have deleted and redownloaded it several times and it still crashes. Not worth the hassle. Just go to the physical store instead.
  • App goes from clunky to intrusive in one update

    I rated this three stars originally, because the app forced to to restart it to place an order.

    That has been corrected in the latest release. What has been added is a “verify details” page that requires a phone number and birthdate to proceed. Why exactly do you require my birthdate to order a sandwich?!

    Hi - I'm sorry you were getting instructions to restart the app. We updated our app on 2/15 to make a few improvements for our guest experience. Hopefully, as a result, the issue you were encountering will no longer happen. Happy Snarfing!
  • Location IS Important!!!

    I live in Missouri and there are several Snarfs here but the app only shows Texas and Colorado! Every time I try I get frustrated and order from somewhere else. Please fix. You’re losing lots of money I’m sure.
  • App periodically has bugs

    I love Snarf’s, but this app is super hit or miss in terms of functionality. For example, right now it’s randomly asking me to verify my phone number, but when I input it, it says my number has already been taken. Yeah, no kidding, I’m verifying my number right? Now I’m locked out of the rest of the app with seemingly no way to get past this. These types of bugs have occurred before. Seems like the app testing and management is sub par. When it works, it’s great, but about 25% of the time I’m locked out due to bugs.

  • St. Louis, MO area locations???

    What happened to the St. Louis locations? I can no longer order my food and earn my rewards 🥴

  • Horrible experience

    It took me 16 clicks just to see a menu. The ux tries to be quirky, but fails miserably.

    The delivery fee cost more than my sandwich. ($10 + tip).

    I love snarfs. But I’m not paying a $30 total to eat a $10 sandwich.

    Uninstalled for good.
  • Convenient and good design

    I don’t typically use restaurant-specific apps but this is well made and easy to use. Very easy to order for pickup and has a good points system. Worth it.

  • Can’t order through app

    “oops! Something went wrong” prompt When trying to make an order. Then the app can’t find any locations to order from “No stores were found near this location, unfortunately .” Starting restarting, logging out and uninstalling doesn’t work.

    Great app when it works though.

    Hi cmyk312 - The app design company detected a communication error on their backend server that is causing a small percentage of users to receive that error.
