  • Can’t log in

    I know this app is great because friends and family have told me so. But I’m not able to log in or create a new account. I keep getting an “oops something went wrong” error with no further explanation. I hope this is fixed soon so I can start going to Snarfs again!

    Hi sara730 - The app design company detected a communication error on their backend server that caused some users to receive that error. They fixed it, so you should be able to create an account now if you haven't already. If you still are having trouble, please email us at support@eatsnarfs.com.
  • Now I can’t order 🤷‍♂️

    Used to be able to order online; now it’s always “something went wrong“
  • Oops!

    The new app looks good but it doesn’t work yet. The old app doesn’t work anymore. Just trying to order a sandwich and get my reward points for it but I can’t log in to my account. Even on my laptop I try to log in with my email and it says there is no account associated with that email but I’m looking at my account with that email on the old app. Hopefully I don’t have to restart a new account because I had saved enough points for a free sandwich ):

    Because our new app and rewards program are run by a completely different company from our old one, you will need to create a new account on the new app, which is why it doesn’t recognize the password you entered from your old account. When you create it, use the same email you used from the old program and your points will migrate over.
  • Keeps Crashing

    Wouldn’t accept my credentials yesterday and today it keeps crashing.. won’t even open
  • My name is Jackie it’s June 13th I’m at Snarf’s sandwich shop

    I’ve been sick with COVID for two weeks. I haven’t been able to taste anything. But I got a negative test today. So the SO THE FIRST PLACE I thought about COMING WAS SNARF’S To have my favorite TUNA SUB with provolone cheese SNARF’S is the best SANDWICH SHOP in the whole world, in the whole wide world!

  • Migration Not Working

    Just keep getting an error when trying to migrate from the old app. Straight up can’t order because I also can’t log in or sign up. App absolutely does not work. Oops something went wrong error every time I try to get in

  • Won’t let me login / create a new acct

    I downloaded the app and my Face ID was telling me I already had a login but it was saying Oops something🤭went wrong🙄and I was doing this a thousand times. So I thought maybe it’s from a different site🤷🏽‍♀️so I created a new account using a different email just in case my other email addy triggered it but it still said “Oops”. So no matter what I did it said oops. I gave up and went back to the web and ordered online. The app is a big FAT FAIL.

    We're sorry you're encountering an error when you're trying to log in. Apple is working on a minor backend fix associated with some phones which will hopefully address this soon.
  • THIS ONE HAS SNARFBURGER

    The new app is cleaner and easier than the old one. Rewards system seems nice, and love LOVE that I can get Snarfburger on this one. I’ve been dying for that option for years. Nothing better than a Snarfburger the day after a long night.

  • Love me some SNARFS!

    Such a slick new app! It’s been super easy to use and a total life savor when it comes to modifying orders since I’m lactose intolerant. I can’t wait to rack up these points and get some FREE sammies! I’ve been meaning to give Snarfburger a try as well so this is clutch

    Jsimmer38! Thanks for the great review. We're glad you had an easy time ordering. DEFINITELY give Snarfburger a try. For your first experience, we suggest you order our classic Snarfburger with two all-beef patties, American, Swiss, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, mayo, mustard, ketchup & hot sauce. Yum!
  • App is slick, but confusing

    Made the error of listing everything I wanted on my sandwich Instead of listing everything I wanted removed. It’s easy to enter correctly now, but it’s very confusing to think of it backward.
