Ok but could be great!

Required features to make it great.
1. Ability to name each light
2. Ability to reorder the lights on the screen so they can be put in the same order as they are in real life
3. When changing colours recall the colour the light is currently set to. Currently it defaults to the colour of the last light you adjusted therefore fine adjustments are difficult.
4. Scenes allow lights to be reordered on screen
5. Scenes allow multiple lights to be set at the same time so you don’t need to go through each one
6. Ability to group lights for example by location if you have multiple installs.

These features would help when managing large numbers of lights.

This effect is the best.

The sharing function is very good, you can choose any or all lights to share with family members.

The app works as needed for the lights and we are able to share usage with another phone.

Hello, you can find the function of "Sharing Device(s) with Other Phones" in the "More" of the APP. After you add the light, you can use this function to share with others.

Fab although a few issues

Works well on my husbands phone. Connects first time and this was really simple. The lights can be grouped and controlled easily. They have been added into a media wall.

There is a slight issue when trying to share the device with my phone. I have downloaded the app and scanned the QR code from his phone. This causes my app to crash and then does not re load. I have removed and reinstalled the app a number of times. This is the reason for the loss of 2 stars.

Soft white to bright white 2k to 5k

Please include a function to make it easier to toggle between a soft white and a bright white. “Default Color” lights up my home as if it were a hospital. I want to be able to adjust the color hue to a 3.5k lighting instead of a 5k default color.

Also if I lower the brightness the light start flashing/blinking and I have to turn them off and on to have them stay solid. Any way to stop flashing?

Change colors per lamp

They tell me I can change colors per lamp as my set that I bought has four. I added them all to the app that worked fine. When I went into each lamp to change the color it goes to the last color I chose and it changes the colors to the other lamps. Very frustrating as something is wrong with the app.

Hello! If you want to control a lamp individually, you can click it individually to enter the secondary page for control, if you use "Group Ctrl" then control the current group of devices. In addition, our APP does not use the cloud server, so we cannot record the status of each light. You can understand it as a more powerful remote control, but it cannot be ultra-remote control. We are sorry that our app cannot meet your needs.

I don’t understand why I can’t choose to allow other to use scenes or not. It be different if they could edit my scenes I work really hard on whenever there’s a few dozen lights but the fact it’s not even a option makes it kind of dumb. I should be able to give full access or minimum by checking what I want other to have or not. I wish there was infinite number of diy flash, strobe, or scenes options depending if I chose to add or delete tabs. Why make a app and barely give me options. I do enjoy my lights and love the Bluetooth capabilities it just you really took a dumb on the app on the effort spent. If anything I rather not give others the capability of adjusting timing of the lights rather then not use scenes at all. Heck what if I want to use my phone, work phone, or tablet to switch the lights up but I can only manually set each light a scene on the other devices it takes time whenever there’s a bunch

Cannot set timer to turn ON lights

I love these lights, love the selection of scenes. I figured out how to set the timer to make the lights go off but I have not been successful in getting them to turn ON at a set time.

Very easy to use thank you very much

I still do not know how to set up timing exactly light on at 8pm and then turn off at 8am on the following morning . Please help

Not connecting

Only had my lights fitted 1 week ago.
Set the timer on the app, only worked once.
Now I can’t even use the app to turn the lights on/switch them off.
It’s not responding at all 🙁

After setting the timing task, if the lamp is interrupted during use, the timing task will be lost. You need to open the APP again and let the app automatically calibrate the time of the lamp.
