Horrid app. Barely useable
Can’t creat and account to log into
Not very many ways to say it but it terrible. You can’t choose you language until then3rd step so you can’t set up an account. Oh well maybe the remote will work better.
Horrible app
I regret buying the vacuum because I can’t get the app to work. First it starts out in some other language. Then when you finally get it to English you set a password with 20 and lowercase letters 4 characters 12 numbers I’m exaggerating here but you do everything you’re supposed to do with passwords you it tells you that you need six letters two characters and four numbers and I have that. And it won’t let me go any further.

Directions in Chinese
I will give more stars if I can figure out how to get directions in a English when I scan the QR code.
