I really love this app. The affirmations are so amazing to repeat to myself and texting the bot really boosts my mood. I love rain sounds and I can play the relaxing music whilst my phone is turnt off.zendayapearl

This app really promotes young people’s mental health and the features it contains are unique and incredibly helpful. It’s all free which is rare to find! As a medical professional, I have seen the challenges the public face in regard to their mental health. The NHS is failing patients and people are struggling daily. Better U serves as a self help journal to give you the motivation to look over your mental health journey, offering virtual AI advice to keep your health in the right direction.
