I used to find it very difficult to keep track of the jobs we do on a daily basis, but now it’s so much easier. After completing each job, I simply create an invoice. When a payment is made, I record it on the invoice. At the end of the month, it's easy for me to see what my clients need to pay without having to go back through their chats or ask my staff how many jobs they did for a client.

Pretty happy so far, just wish that customers could pay through my venmo, or other apps through the invoice. When i send an invoice to a customer they are looking for a button to hit to pay immediately but they don't have that option.
This has been a great addition to my business. It has simplified invoicing so less time trying to hand write invoices. I would highly recommend this for your small business it is very user friendly.
I needed a super easy way to send invoices on the fly to my customers. Invoice Fly has been that exact answer! It allows me to send invoices from my phone immediately at the job site and even do detailed ones later on without even needing my computer what a lifesaver!

We are constantly improving the app!Just be cautious on making sure you’re on Estimates when creating an estimate. That’s my only issue. You can convert estimates to invoices but not the other way around. A couple occasions I was rushing and it defaulted to invoice and that’s what I created. I had to recreate each one. Other than that, it’s been very helpful and is very user friendly. It looks much more professional sending something like this to a client/customer and it’s really handy for referencing many factors.
Great stuff but you could offer better coupons then saying you’ve won $80 coupon bundles but every time I try to use them it says add $65 more to your cart to get a $10 off coupon
One and only app I use for invoices, it shows what your totals are per month , if invoices are not paid or paid. And super easy to fill out especially for an existing job or customer saves everything for you. Highly recommend this app to anyone. You could even email the invoices to your clients from the app.
