Creator wasn’t paid for the UGC I did…
I was never paid the full amount from an agency that was working with this company. This is very disappointing & I have tried numerous times to contact someone from Labhouse.

Don’t change devices or you lose
Changed phones, the App deleted my old info, asking for me to pay another 98.00/year to upgrade, I just paid in April 2022 98.00 for the year. Asked support to help, they said what old info let them know so they can get back to me. Now I’m digging up old emails etc… frustrating

I broke my phone and got a new one. With my new phone it will not let me log on and have emailed them several times and get no response.
