The worst ever app
I takes ages to set up needed to make a video to record reckless driving and was unable because of long useless registration process and in the end serial number from my cam do not can be submitted.
The camera and the app is good to be placed in trash bin only.
Worst experience waste of money. Avoid at all cost.

Can’t access videos
The app will not let you access the videos that are recorded on it unless you turn off cellular and Bluetooth. Contacted support and they said only WiFi should running. When I first got the camera the app would let you access the videos without turning these functions off. This is a hassle to have to do each time. I may ditch this one and go with an other company. I like the camera but the app is disappointing.

It is impossible to watch videos on this app
The app is worthless for re-watching videos or trying to save them for your phone, there’s no way how to do this or it is extremely difficult and non-user-friendly to the point where I can’t figure it out ( I am tech savvy and use many apps). This should be a basic functionality. Like, it’s 2024, come on guys. Everyone does things through cell phones and I am debating on purchasing another cam that actually has good Bluetooth connectivity to a proper phone app where I can watch and save videos on my phone. It seems like the only way to do that with this is popping the SD card into a computer

Won’t re download your video again
My rove cam app said that it ‘downloaded’ the whole video onto my local album which it did not. I went to re download it but it states that I cannot download it because it’s on the local album, had to screen record in which was freezing every second which was another downer of this service, I’d recommend any other dash cam if they don’t have an update on this what should be a very simple software issue fix. 1/10

Top notch dash cam
I hesitated buying one, the quality and the setup was easy. I drive a dump truck for a living and I’ve had so many close calls, now I feel good about having this for my peace of mind. The way people drive today I’m glad I purchased
App missing menu items
App is missing the firmware update item in the menu are as promoted on the website. Still have to email and wait for response from customer support. There has to be an easier way to update firmware. Please go back to adding firmware updates to download section.
Good camera, app isn’t great
One of the major issues I have is when I connect to the camera to delete videos so it can keep recording. I will delete all (or so I think) and it will start recording again, just a few seconds later it will tell me that’s the memory card is full and will not record. All of the erased videos show back up including some from when I bought the camera! I’ve attempted to deleted all videos so many times! It’s very aggravating and time consuming to finally get them erased for awhile (before they show back up later)

Absolutely Great.
I’ve had this camera for 3 years now and it’s still working perfectly. I live in a high temperature area where temperatures reach well over 100 degrees in the summer months and it’s never over heated or malfunctioned. The video quality is top tier indeed. The price made me think twice about buying it but once I bought it I began to understand why it cost so much. It captures 3 different angles at the same time all in 4K. So I would definitely recommend this product to anyone in the gig space doing Ride-Share because you have Front Camera- Rear Camera, and most importantly you have the Inside Camera for your protection. Awesome dash cam. Buy it.
