help

my light is fine. other than the fact it keep randomly turning back on after i’ve turned it off. then when i go to the app to fix it, it will not connect.

help getting onto the app

is anyone else having a problem getting on the app? i’ve been trying to get on it but it takes me back to my home screen and won’t let me on it at all. it started acting like this a couple days ago.

Worked Great Before Recent Update

Im just now trying this app after having it set up for months with no issues. The app won’t even open now. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing.

App doesn’t open.

Whenever I try to open the app it glitches and doesn’t open at all. I’ve tried deleting and installing again but that didn’t help.

App closes when you try to open

When you try to open the app to change lighting settings, it doesn’t open 🙄

App won't open

App won't open as of 10/6/23. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling it. Luckily I'm able to use Google Home as it is still linked to my bulbs.

it disconnects from my Wi-Fi couple times

every time I try to change the color, it disconnects like it disconnected from from the app and I have to do I have to redo the whole thing
