Never order from here, might as well be a scam
I place an order on the Friday 24th I messaged them on Wednesday 29th to ask where my order was, and if it was being shipped, they said yes it’s getting processed to be shipped Monday the 4th comes I have an email saying the product you want is now out of stock we can offer a refund save your money and don’t be getting treated like this!! spend your money with accompany who actually looks after their consumers

A whole scam
This company is a scam and has terrible customer service, don’t even know how they’re up and running. They don’t issue u a refund until you make a complaint and they don’t answer customer service at all. On top of that they charge you a fee for returns and don’t refund duties or taxes taking off 10% of your refund. Such a scam

Order entry and customer inquiry response is very slow and lacks accuracy. My order was “processing” for weeks and I could not get a timely response from CETTIRE.
Extremely bad customer service
The service and after-sales service of this online shopping are really like rubbish. I successfully paid for an order, but the status has always been unsuccessful. I contacted the bank and they said that the money has been successfully transferred. I tried to contact the customer service of this platform, but it didn’t work. They have no customer service at all and can only let me keep submitting questions without any feedback. When I returned to the website 4 days later, they even updated the products and layout, but no one processed the order I encountered. question!

I love shopping at Cettire, but I dislike some things that the Customer service Representative should have handled. The customer service representative does not fill out the CUSTOMS paper before the delivery. Cettire stated on the website Free shipping, but the customers ended up paying a fee to DHL to deliver the merchandise. I rate Cettire 3-star. I wish customers were able to speak directly with a staff instead of the back-and-forth emails.

I love shopping here they have so many wonderful designers. The prices are amazing and competitive with anybody out there. Most of all the packing in the shipping is spot on I actually look forward to shopping here. It’s my favorite time of the month to shop here i try to shop here as much as I can. Lol
