  • Worse system ever

    i’ve purchased eight systems for my business and until recently they were the best but now they’ve decided to no longer work with windows and now I can no longer monitor all my properties unless I get a phone according to Defender I’m sorry when you monitor 64+ cameras, you can't put that on your phone. You need a desktop to be able to view that many for security reasons. And especially for the security team to be able to monitor the facility going forward I will no longer purchase Defender.

  • Set Up

    Very hard to set up. No instructions for iPad or iPhone set up. Slow at responding to an email. After running cable for 16 cameras I am ready to take it all down and send the system back.

  • Security app issues

    I’m really not happy with this app.unfortunately I’m stuck with this system.the cameras function is great. I have a iPhone 13 max. I figured out I have to reboot and clear cache every other day to see all cameras remotely which is insane.you need live customer support!!!

  • Stopped working

    It’s the worst app I’ve ever used. It worked decent for about two weeks and now it won’t alert me when there’s motion on any of my 7 cameras, I can’t even pull up a live feed anymore and one camera isn’t even showing up at all. Fix the issue defender

Please ensure the NVR is directly connected to the modem with an ethernet cable and that motion detection is enabled in the Video Detection tab of the NVR menu.   • Drains battery

    App drains battery way too much. It used up 80% of my battery in 2 hours of use on a new iPhone 15 pro.

  • Privacy Concerns

    I’m very disappointed that after the recent update, the app demands FULL access to ALL photos. If you don’t allow it, you can’t take pictures or video clips, even to store within the app. I hope this is just a glitch caused by the update and not a forced invasion of privacy.

    The quality is great, I wish the particular ones that I have had audio but Overall, it’s a great camera system

    They were Easy to install and connect to the app I love that while I was on vacation I could watch my house. Highly recommended app and cameras
