Absolute joke
Trying to log into the app at any time around 19:00 is impossible as the supporting system cannot handle the number of guests trying to get on at the same time.
The app is absolutely useless and the system of only being able to book one day in advance is laughable. So far we’ve been able to do nothing that you need to book for, as by the time we do get access it’s all fully booked somehow. Reception is also firmly closed at this time so you can’t even book in person.
Worst app and park I’ve ever experienced
We were told to use the app to book activities and entertainment when we arrived which we did and it caused no end of problems and disappointments.
We used it to book swimming and then we arrived to swim they had no record of our booking at all and said it should be booked at the front desk as the app doesn’t always come through to the team.
We also used to book activities like pottery painting and build a bear which it asked for pre-payment for. When we then arrived at the activities the entertainment had no record of our booking or payment and the app doesn’t show how many you have booked for or that you have paid in advance.
Absolutely no one on the park had any idea how the app works or that you could even book or pay via app, and didn’t even know you could pay in advance for anything so couldn’t help me prove I had paid or booked anything I had paid for.
I asked for a refund on a booked but no one at reception had any idea how to do refunds because they thought all the payments for bookings were done through the entertainment team.
Literally no one on the park has has a clue how the app is supposed to work or what it does. The park staff and the entertainment team don’t join up or communicate and the app doesn’t link up to anything and neither the entertainment team or park staff no who runs or controls the app and says it must be the other.
