Never will i bother leaving a trustpilot review again, fact is i dont trust you, fake reviews. You try to bring advertising reviews to your attention by flagging reviews and you do nothing to remove reviews for other business. So this time goodbye for good.
Thank you developer for your response but the staff do not read the flagged items which relating to my reports are clearly unrelated to the company being reviewed. The actual company on trustpilot is fake and i think only reviews related to that company should be listed. I lost £169 due to your mixed up reviews, you also list a third genuine company with a similar name. No doubt trustpilot does not check its sites named reviews, wish you luck in future but do not trust a mixed up review site get more staff as your site is a shambles.Show lessMikeyoungish

This App was recommended by a friend who shops almost exclusively on online. As a physician, she seldom has time in her schedule to physically shop. When discussing an online purchase I made with no communication by the seller she looked the company up and to my horror read me the reviews.
We put faith in companies that once we input our credit card information—we have entered a contract “if you will.” I pay, you send in a timely manner.
This has been an eye opening experience for me. Given most online retailers are in China, it’s imperative one researches the company via this App or it’s truly buyer beware. I absolutely love Trust Pilot and value the reviews and feedback others have taken the time to share.

There’s something exquisite about returning home after shopping when an assistant has gone out of their way to help, and I can then give good feedback on Trust-pilot.
Trust-Pilot is also so respected within all areas of service, i.e. Airports, Trains, Buses, Hotels, Cafes, the list is endless, and we as old young-at-hearts have the blest time to give feedback, don’t you think?
