This crappy app is only good for those that want to rent RVs or want to shop for insurance or roadside assistance. What happened to the trip planning feature?

Awful and worthless
Few sites even listed. Figures as much as Good Sam now A Camping World entity so poor service and 1 star product to be expected I guess. Delete.krushet

Doesn’t work for me
App gives a error message to contact support after signing in. Contacted support they said delete app and sign back in. Still doesn’t work. Works if I go to sign in on the web bypassing the app.App Reviewer Specialist
TERRIBLE
As a long time and now lifetime GS Member this is a giant disgrace to the club. The original App was very good for finding and saving RV site information. This one only plays “lip service” to the primary & original purpose of the club (Providing reviewed and accurate RV park information and associated travel essentials). This App places priority on RV unit rentals and sales related support. Further they seem to be forcing us to switch to it without even transferring all our personal and saved data from the older App. Sad!Show lessJust Me 358
Old app was way better
🙄The old app allows you to search campgrounds using the map, this one does not. It falls way short, frustrating to use and is pretty much worthless. Someone should lose their job over this garbage.R6Rider
Not Good Sam!
This app is basically worthless. It's unstable, makes you sign in over and over again. The interface is clumsy and cluttered. It's a real pain to find a campground and the information you could easily get in the old app. You will most likely will never get a rating above 1 on this app the way it is now.Show lessOLee 2

Glitchy, refuses to sync memberships, no direct in app booking, and serious security concerns. Info is not secure on this app.WildestSam
Not an upgrade
Wow this app is so much worse then the original app. Trying to cram way to much into the app it’s over complicated now. You also used to be able to see if a location was open all year or what their season range dates were at a glance from the main page now it doesn’t show at all.
