Solid with a few inconveniences
Mobile depositing is VERY strict (it would be great if there were some AI utilization to real-time alert if requirements have been met) and the navigation can be somewhat confusing, but it generally does what I need it to do.
Disappointing onboarding
I went through the trouble of trying to setup an account with grasshopper for my new business. The application was not approved and when I inquired why they told me that they couldn’t tell me why my account was denied “for security reasons”, but that I could apply as many times as I wanted. Don’t waste your time with them.

No, Zell option with difficulty uploading deposits
Great business bank!
Love working with Grasshopper. The app has great look and feel, and they give me a great rate on my checking account and cashback on my debit card.
Requires verification code multiple times/day
This app has a nice look and feel. But it’s glitchy. The screen with my balances appears whenever the app is launched even after hours of not being in use (and without me having to sign in). And then when I pull down to refresh it, I get logged out, FaceID gets deactivated, and I have to get an email verification code to log back in.
Hoping these glitches get fixed.
