DEKCO app
Setup is absolutely ridiculous. I have same cameras that work on cloud edge and this one I can’t even get it back downloaded (DEKCO APP) making me pay for it. Can’t connect the camera to cloud edge neither. Can’t scan QR on side of camera.Vickiemarie81

Good security cameras haven’t had any problems until recently I am unable to view live camera video when I am not home, which is very concerning if i ever need to check on the house or anything. Please fix this it did not do this up until now and i’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app.httpsxvy
Not compatible for all
User has to install both CloudEdge and Dekco , two apps for those cameras even they are same type but be purchased at different timeHammer Cui
Could you change the notification sound?
The app was good, the camera not that clear but the the price still good, main bother me is the notifications sounds, I hope they can change one, that’s just bother me every time.Yukiyukililili

twice the price of cloud edge. bought one camera last month which won’t work on dekco app and one this month that will only work on dekco appantgem

Seems good other then the local memory card doesn’t actually record 24/7 even though my app is on memory card recording for all day so I’m going to return these and go with my old camera brand since that one does have recording all day on memory card and can go back up to 3months back a view recordings and this one doesn’t even record all day (new memory card) Also….. Not understanding how a 7 day free trial can cost $4.49 Shouldn’t a free trail be FREE ???

La aplicación es buena, pero le faltan algunas cositas como: Ver las cámaras de manera simultanea, ver todas las cámaras a la vez y no solo 1 a la vez y luego la otra, también el sonido de notificaciones es muy simple es muy bajo, si se pudiera poner el timbre que uno quiera de alerta de detection de movimiento seria genial, o si la app tuviera varias opciones de timbres de alertas también fuera bueno, ya que si estas durmiendo y alguien esta por entrar a tu casa, esa alerta es muy simple eso no te va a despertarShow lessReneRD360

I already have DC6L working perfectly with CLOUD EDGE . Bought recently another two DC5L (exactly same link on Amazon), welll... they dont work anymore with cloud edge but with this DEKCO app. BUT this DEKCO app does not support the others cameras DC5L that I had them not even for a month.
