The app is alright but the inability to have Alt options for yards, Quarter by Quarter player bets, and the seemingly raised lines juuuuust above what players best game above the season are make it blindingly obvious they’re rigging the bets in their favor. Draft Kings, Prize Picks, Fanduel, Etc. all offer Alts and simply better props as well as deals like “X to have over .5 passing yards” it just feels like the only reason other sports betting apps were banned is so the state can rig and exploit as much money out of us as possible.Show lessweoutheredoingthis

The app functions fine; however, the text is so small that it is nearly impossible to read. There is no way to adjust the text sizeattsucksnickname
Great Customer Service
Customer service is unmatched. I will occasionally have some issues and will reach out to Bet Saracen on Twitter.(Typically on a Saturday or Sunday) There customer service has a response and a resolution in under 20 minutes. Slow Withdrawals
The app would be perfect if they weren’t so slow with withdrawals. This takes a lot away from the other good things the app has to offer.Better1243
Poor navigate, app doesn’t work all the time
First, the navigation on the app is not great. Very difficult to find exactly what you are looking for. Second, the app has been a complete failure for live betting. Week 1 of college football it was down half the day. Week 1 of the NFL, live lines were on a significant delay. Total disappointmentCoreyB29

Best in AR
This is the best sports book app for Arkansas and it’s not even close. I only use Oaklawn for the horse racing. Their sports book app is trash and Betly is worse than Oaklawn. I don’t understand the terrible reviews, I have not had the same experience. I’ve only had 1 problem on this app and customer service handled it IMMEDIATELY!! And as far as it taking long for a withdrawal I definitely disagree with the negative reviews. It took me 5 days to get my money from Oaklawn and it takes MINUTES on Saracen. So thank you sooooo much Saracen for providing Arkansans with a experience when betting on games!! A few bonuses would always make the experience better though. 😜Show lessEWeezy79
