The interface is buggy and confusing. I made a deposit and got the match, meaning I can’t withdraw my winnings until I play through the bonus funds, which is fine. However, what isn’t clear is that the deposit expires. I placed a bunch of bets, which were then taken off the board, which refunded my balance. Unable to bet anymore
Randomly started having issues making bets. I called up the casino and they saw my account looked just fine then transferred me to app support. App support also saw me active and said that I would have to wait until the developers looked at it.

You need to add a Venmo withdrawal option. If it works to deposit, why not to exit?
The bonus was a pain to earn. It did not register my first week of play and only then did I start getting credit for bets. I cleared it a few days later. But mechanics seemed wrong.
The validation of being in state constantly picks up the app, often when switching back from other apps checking scores and lines. Easier to shut it and re login.

Easy to navigate when placing a bet. Withdrawl process is confusing. I could deposit using Venmo or Paypal, but forced to sign up for “VIP Preferred” (which I’d never heard of) in order to make a withdrawl.SpencerC89

When you withdraw your winnings from the app, it says it will take 24 hours to process. I am on day four since requesting my withdrawal and still do not have my funds in my bank account yet.
Funny how it takes mere seconds to give them money via deposit but when you want your money, they do not care about the timeframe.
MyBookie or BetOnline will get you paid faster than these oafs and they are based in foreign countries.

Do Not Use
My first review was deleted somehow. My original complaint was the issue of withdrawals not working. They claim to have fixed this issue, but now my money has just DISAPPEARED! Money is gone from my account within the app and is not in my bank account. I will update this later on if I can ever get anyone to answer the customer service line (don’t even try an email, you’ll never get a response). Good luck getting your winnings out
Made a deposit on Friday, made a bet, won. Used the bonus deposit so half the winnings it shows I can withdraw, the other half it shows as bonus which is fine, however I tried to set up the withdrawal and it said it would be processed within 24 business hours which is fine. It is now Thursday of the following week, 3 full business days have passed, and every time I try to withdraw it just gives me the same message. There is also no clear explanation on when you can withdraw the bonus money, if you ever even can.
