Layout is horrible
Overall navigation is bad, like bottom of all AppStore bad. The user interface and black screen is a horrible design. The navigation of bet types are poorly laid out for a fluent flow of a user experience. Make it easier to place parlays and teasers bets. The only thing this app gets right is FaceID for logging in. Great app/Customer service
I think the app is very functional and user-friendly. I’ve had no issues so far. Customer Service is available on the phone, at the casino or through the app in chat. Any question that I have I can get answered within three minutes. There are many deposit options that I did not think we’re available. I was very pleasantly surprised. 5*Show lessChiTownDawginLA
Love the app!
As a long time Arkansan and gambling man, this is by far my most favorite betting app. Easy to navigate the layout lots of options for the Olympics and sports in general. I’ve had no issue with deposits and withdrawals, there is a section for “Promotions” and “Sports Bonus” which I have not seen anybody get nor received myself it would just be nice to get a gift ever so often :D. Don’t use this app
I had over 800$ in my account and they took it after games have closed. I contacted them and they stated 3 games were considered a win and they were resettled leaving me with a negative balance. Will not be using this app again unless they make it right! Don’t say I won then come back an hour or two later and say it was resettled!Show lessNot your problem >:[
Not the best
I’ve used both Betly & Saracen for years now, both are not great.
Saracen’s UI is just as bad as their customer service.
Betly also provides bonuses through the week, Saracen only provides deposit bonuses3-17 with PRO

Terrible app
Updating my review. I didn’t think this app could get any worse but it did. Wanted to give them a second chance but withdrawals are slow. They will hold your money for days and say they sent it when they did not. If you want to get paid quick or even go to the casino to pick your money up use the Oaklawn app. It has better lines and better layout.Show lessNoBetterKnow

Overall a good app. Oaklawns app has more betting options on games and is a little easier to navigate. Oaklawn also pays out quicker. Customer service on Bet Saracen has been far superior to Oaklawns.Xjskeksnjcos
Bet Saracen app
This app is trash and rigged! All the bets are mainly bets that they won’t get. Or are things that will likely not happen. And I had just deposited money and it kicked me outKay Dont care
Needs Alt Prop bet options! And Add option copy open betslips!!!!
A great functional feature would be The ability to copy your bet slips this way. It would save time re-entering multiple bets.
Also provide the option to select alternative lines for prop bets like most other major competitor apps!
