Great app
Not sure how good the app was to start out but I’ve used it for 9+ months and have only had good interactions. I cashed over $185k last year. Now I lost close to that much too maybe net +4k for the year but never had an issue with deposits or withdraws. Withdraws clear the following day if submitted by 10pm. If after 10pm it can be hit or miss if it clears the next day or the day after. All in all A+Show lessSunroofsuperman

Don’t download this app. They make taking your money super easy. But cashing out you have to jump through hoops, pay ATM fees and nonsense. Putting the money back from the place they took it seems like too much work for them I guess. Don’t bother with this garbage app and scam company.nonameforylu

I’ve had a winning wager stuck on “Open” that wont pay out. It won 5 weeks ago. I’ve reached out seven times, and each time they seemed surprised and believe they can fix it that day, then it always ends with, they’ll reach out once it’s corrected. It’s been 5 weeks. Im just being ignored. And the whole time the only compensation I’ve received is one free $25 bet. Any other Sportsbook would be so much more willing to fix and appropriately compensate for a 5 week delay on settling a winning bet. It feels like a prank honestlyShow lessgquinn22

I successfully deposited my first couple of deposits. I hit a decent party and when I tried to withdraw through the same method it wouldn’t let me. The chat person said they would work it up the chain, but I have little to no confidence anything was done. Saracen lobbied hard to keep the National books such as DraftKings and FanDuel out of the state because they knew they couldn’t compete with the established known brands. Competition is good for the customer to be able to shop lines. This book has awful lines and the app crashes in the middle of Sunday afternoon NFL games.Show lessCBHosier
Worsts Sports Book In Arkansas
Saracen is hands down the worst sports book in Arkansas. First of they have the least amount of wagering options by far. Their SGP bets offer no additional lines. Their may take up half an hour to pay out. Their app is under routine maintenance on NFL Sunday at 330pm. Have had a situation where they accepted money from my debt card, but when I won I attempted to cash out I had to provide all kinds of documentation because of security reasons. Tried using the app and was very unsuccessful. Had the bet/bets I wanted to make, went to deposit money and low and behold error message after error message saying transaction couldn’t complete but then to my surprise I had money taken out. I waited over a year to give a review to truly see if this app would grow, and if it would listen to the arkansas gamblers. They keep trying to force flashbets, there are NO incentives to come to this app. I’ve seen countless pleas for SGP’s, a better parlay system, alternate lines, a refer a friend program, maybe tournaments of some sort. But no, they have not gave us what we want and clearly show they’re just gonna do what they want. If you’re in arkansas use the betly Sportsbook, it’s a little wonky looking as far as layout but they have so many better options as far as SGP’s and an ability to parlay them, the tournaments they run every week have kept me coming back for months.
