Very Difficult to Navigate
Bet Seracin definitely cut corners when it comes to their sports betting app. I’ve been betting for 20+ years and I have never seen a site that was so confusing. I can’t wait for another casino to come up with a better app that I can use. I’ll never understand why people make easy stuff difficult. This app is bad! Negative 1 million stars. They give the option of “Match Winner” and “Money Line” on Soccer. I chose Inter Miami as the winner of the match and based off of the wording of the bet Miami was the “Match Winner”. There is nothing about regulation time included in the bet. All of my other bets stated they had to hit in regulation time and again this was the only one that didn’t. I contacted customer service where the agent told me he that he will tell the trade team to make it obvious that it’s always regulation. I wouldn’t have taken the bet in that case as if taken in the black/white way it was worded… “MATCH WINNER” means “MATCH WINNER”… I then asked for my bet to be voided because of this unclear wording and they wouldn’t. The interface isn’t the best. My biggest issue is that when you’re making a parlay they app almost ways doesn’t let you place it, they say one of them is not available but never tell you which one it is.nvito268

Potential users need to beware using this App. My experience has proved less than unsatisfactory. The App posted a bet on the wrong team and they refused to make it right. When I told them that I was no longer doing business with them, they reversed a withdrawal of my funds on hand and froze my account in retaliation.
They then demanded that I give them personal information to reactivate my account.

This is the only sports betting app I’ve ever used where there is no sign up bonus. The other two Arkansas apps offer one, and every state that I’ve bet in has used one through their apps. This is pretty disappointing, thus the 2-star reviewSplatorch
Betting kiosk machine
Is there anyway you can put a kiosk machine that can read your ticket so there is no need to go to the window. I know I had a winning ticket and the lady at the window said no it wasn’t, so I ask for my lossing tickets back, and she said she was unable to give them back…..THATS A LIE, SHE KEPT THE TICKETS, AND CASHED THEM IN HERSELF.
