After the recent major update, this app is horrible. Want to put in a player prop parlay? Too bad, it will tell you the selection is now unavailable, but won’t tell you which selection. Constant bugs for every sport.smitt171717

Definitely recommend BetSaracen. Very helpful with any help from their Saracen Support Twitter account. Only reason 4/5 because I’m not a fan of the new update format of everything. Still highly recommendjunnnnyboyyy

Bet Saracen has absolutely the best customer service people in the business. I have reached out to them with questions on 3 different occasions. Each time I got an initial response within 5 minutes and my issue dealt within 10 minutes. They even voided a bet for me the next day after I was able to show them the bet was made by accident. No other sports book is going to do that. If you are in Arkansas and not betting with them you are missing out. You might not always win but you will never feel like you are being taken advantage of. Don’t know what these bad reviews are about. I went to Arkansas with my friend so we can place bets on the Super Bowl. Since we were in Rogers and Fayetteville. Closest sports book was 3 hours drive away. So we downloaded the BetSaracen app. Making the deposit was easy, I did it at Walgreens by having them scan the barcode and giving the cashier $500 cash. Less then ten minutes later the $500 appeared in my account. I went home next day in Texas. Watched the Super Bowl and I won a total of $680. It showed my only option to withdrawal was pin4atm since that is how I did my deposit. But after calling the customer service number and spoke to a nice guy he told me I can deposit the minimum of $5 with my debit card. And then withdrawal using the debit visa option so I wouldn’t have to do the pin4atm machine. The next day I got the 680 deposited in my bank account. I will be going back to Arkansas to make more bets using the app. I just wished they had hired racing to bet on. I like to bet on the Kentucky derby every year.Show lessJoemadden37

I placed a bet Super Bowl Sunday on whether or not there would be a “Doink”. Since this is more of a gag bet, like a lot of others for the Super Bowl (which makes it fun) I played luckily only a small amount. THERE WAS A DOINK! Even announced by the great Jim Nance himself lol. They refuse to pay stating that after further discussion with their team, they decided the doink had to be during a certain play!?!? The bet slip states “Will there be a Doink?” But after reaching out I was told that after discussing they decided not to pay out the bet. Pretty sure that’s illegal lol.Show lessDjWicker
Need to be better
I don’t like the fact that when I win it takes up to 24 hrs to get my money DraftKings is instant payout and when you bet same game parlays it doesn’t show your live player stats you have no idea whether your winning or loosing until the game is over it doesn’t even show the scores of the games you bet on in your betslip it’s a okay app but definitely needs improvedShow lessBillybt39

My personal experience with the app is mostly positive. My only complaint is that Saracen only responds to negative reviews and typically includes an offer of contacting them directly in hopes of regaining their trust and confidence back. In other words, oil the squeaky wheel eh. A $25 comp to hush the naysayers so to speak. Why not focus that time, energy and gratuity towards the people who give you five star ratings instead. Keep your already happy customers even happier. But other than that I still say they are hands down the best sports book in AR.Show lessBmoeder
