Love the city Pass
Everytime i go to a city i check for the city pass its soo great for familys really savea us money and we have things to do and see

Easy app to use. Tickets offer access exactly as described. Inadvertantly booked 2 attractions at the same time and didn’t realise until after the event. Online Customer services cancelled the erroneous booking and allowed me to book the next day at no cost to me. This was all completed within an hour so even though my time in NYC was limited, I could use the full benefits of the ticket.

We have used the City Pass in multiple cities and they have never let us down!!
App stopped working when I needed it
I like CityPASS. It offered a good value. But, when I needed to use the pass, the app was unavailable for 2 hours. The screen was just white. I reset my phone. Connected to wifi. Nothing seemed to work. You should take screenshots of your tickets to ensure you can use them in case the app is down like it was for me.

Can’t even use
Was going to use for my trip to Seattle but app won’t even open I just get to sit at a white screen.

CityPASS
wicked pass to have if coming to the city with children! My kids enjoyed every minute of these passes.. Only downfall is that one of the attractions are no longer open so something should be added in place of that! Other than that 10/10 would recommend ☺️
