If possible, could you update to the latest version and try again? Thank you!Every time I try to open my tickets I have to enter my email and verify. Then it opens in the web browser and I have to repeat this for every time I need to access it. Would love to be able to avoid needing my web browser and would rather just make an account and log in.

Thank you for reaching out. There are a couple reasons why this might happen. Our Customer Care team will be happy to help you get your tickets added. You can reach out to them at support.citypass.com.Like others, I am stuck in the endless loop of going into the app, “verifying” my email, going to email to verify, then being directed to Safari instead of app. So the actually app is literally unusable for me. I like the whole system with being able to get discounts on tickets, I just wish I didn’t have to use a browser to access those tickets when an app is supposedly available. I will be deleting the app now.

I cannot even access my account in the app to add my tickets! I resent the link to connect my email 8 times and uninstalled the app 3 times. And I still cannot access my tickets on the app. A complete waste of time.

We're so sorry about this. If you haven't already, you could contact our Customer Care team to see if they can help. They can also make reservations for you, if that's easier.The app will not link to my email. I have about 20 “verification emails” and click the link but it routes you directly to safari, with no way to open the app. Seems like this is very common feedback and gas yet yo be resolved. I even tried deleting the app and still had no luck.
