Can’t use app, won’t connect to email

Like others, I am stuck in the endless loop of going into the app, “verifying” my email, going to email to verify, then being directed to Safari instead of app. So the actually app is literally unusable for me. I like the whole system with being able to get discounts on tickets, I just wish I didn’t have to use a browser to access those tickets when an app is supposedly available. I will be deleting the app now.

The Apple iPhone app not working

Like other mentioned, the app won’t connect to the ticket bought. Why they put out this garbage to waste people’s time? Apple should ban this app.

Apple Wallet Function Not Working

It’s useless without this if you need to access your tickets offline. Please fix!!!

Complete Garbage.

I cannot even access my account in the app to add my tickets! I resent the link to connect my email 8 times and uninstalled the app 3 times. And I still cannot access my tickets on the app. A complete waste of time.

Great product - app is not usable

The app will not link to my email. I have about 20 “verification emails” and click the link but it routes you directly to safari, with no way to open the app. Seems like this is very common feedback and gas yet yo be resolved. I even tried deleting the app and still had no luck.

Horrible app. Waste of time to book reservations. It will never happen in a mobile app

This is the worst package ever

The shed aquarium and sky deck are not worth it at all.
Save your money, get a boat ride and Amy museum you like.

Broken integration (update)

Quite a useless app - doesn't load in your ticket, you end up having to view them via your browser anyways.

Update from 1 to 3 stars - integration worked after multiple link attempts via email confirmation.
