APP NOT WORKING
Between Adidas, Shop Premium Outlet/Simon and Paypal…
Apple really has gone the route of poor engineering and rushed app approvals violating our Applecare agreement to the fullest and them destroying my credit in the process, this will be resolved legally and immediately in a civil manner.
Designing an app that does not work just wastes my time and commits to deceitful business practice.

It doesn’t let me buy in the app

App is terrible
Why offer PayPal as an option but have to go outside the app for PayPal to work..?

Thank you for your feedback. We noticed some intermittent issues with Paypal in an earlier release and fixed this bug in app version 1.24.0. Once you update your install to the latest version, you will not experience this issue again. August 7, 2024 - trash garbage app and company
This company is garbage. They aggressively bought every mall and started an e-commerce for second hand items. Try to get customer service to help you? Impossible.
Try to return an item for their fault? No service. And you pay for returns.
Do not support this shill company running hard promotions to boost their trash app and help the sinking ship of their brick and mortar stores.

No Tracking numbers on shipped orders ❌
However, there is no tracking provided in the email, and no tracking listed for the order when I logged into the app and checked status. Even several days after receiving the email.
This is really annoying and forces the customer to waste time chasing down a tracking number. Please figure out a way to automate providing tracking numbers for orders.
At the bare minimum, emails should not be sent out stating something is “shipped” with instructions to track shipment with NO tracking number provided.

Thank you for your feedback. We include tracking numbers with all orders we ship & provide users a way to track their items from within the order history section of their account page. We are sorry your order did not include tracking information. If you could reach out with the order number to onlinesupport@sspo.com we will follow up with the vendor to make sure this error does not occur again.
