App is terrible
This app is literally the WORST.
For how much you spend on these lights you’d think you’d put some money into making the interface user friendly. If I would have known the app was this terrible to operate the lights, I would not have spent the money.Drthomas13

Love my JellyFish lights!
The lights look awesome! We use them for all holidays throughout the year, and when it’s not a holiday we use them for accent/security lighting. The app is easy to use and there are a ton of things you can do with it. Highly recommend!Haiileyyrussell
App needs work
The app worked for a few days and now won’t connect.Rossssss254
Doesn’t work
The old app where you had to be on your network worked. This one has never worked consistently getting lost in software and or firmware updates resulting in hours of frustration each time something needs updating. When it works, I try not to touch anything until it’s time for another update. At this point I only use for some security and accent lighting when it works as I don’t want to confuse it anymore than I have to.Show lessJrw4y4
It Works...but
Does what needs to be done. It's not sexy, snappy or very freindly...just the absolute basics and I guess that's all that is needed. Compared to the price paid for the lights, the app should be redesigned and be snappy in terms of inital responsiveness and leverage the integrations for both Apple and Android (faceID, user ID / PW, etc..). Be nice to integrate into IFTTT or Apple Home to centrally control and automate the lights.Show lessspatick
Difficult user experience. No tech support
After downloading this app, I’m constantly having issues keeping my phone connected to my lights controller. When I try to contact the company for tech support, I’m left hanging.My4bi9
Easy to use and love the lights
We’ve had our jellyfish lights a few months and we love them. The best out there. We researched all the others and nothing even comes close.CruzinRob
JF Cloud not working
The cloud version of the app will not connect to my controller. I have to use the regular app which requires me to be on the same network (basically at home) to use my light settings.
Not sure why this app has stopped working.
Please fix so we can change the settings to our expensive light package while out of town.Show lessVader1088
