App Doesn’t Load
Worked great on the day of install (of course). Now it won’t load at all. Says “Logging In” then “Loading Account” then nothing happens. Very frustrating.G8OR96
App Completely Broken
I can’t load anything anymore. The switch to the “cloud” version of the app has completely broken functionality and control of my lights. Extremely frustrating and eliminates the point of the entire system.JayDeeOh

I have to recover my controllers everyday. Now, I cannot recover the controller and the schedule that is set keeps playing nightly. I won’t want fall lights at Christmas. Please fix the app.TZ1969
Works okay
For a product as nice as they offer you would think the app would work 110% of the time. We’ve unplugged the system, reset the app and still unable to connect.Dmel9
App issues
Since I did the software update to iOS 17, the app doesn’t not want to connect. Going into the attic and trying to reset the connection was such a pain to begin with. I hope an update for the app is pushed ASAP so this thing can start working again. I get so many compliments, but now I just need for this to work again.Show lessKim-Mo-Sabi
App not working
I was so happy to find out that there is now a cloud app. Worked great first few months. Now it won’t connect. Asks me to go through the Wi-Fi reset process on the controller. Easy enough, but still doesn’t work. My neighbor who has the same lights is having the same issue.W1ckedP1ckle
App doesn’t work
The app does not work. It claims it cannot connect to the controller even though I can see the controller’s IP address connected to my network. Switching back to the JF Designer allowed me to regain control of my lights. JF Cloud either needs an update or should just be removed from the App Store.Mmmmmmmmtbbbbb648826
Amazing
I just had 450’ of these lights installed on my house and I am blown away by the brightness and customization. I was a little afraid after reading some of the reviews of this app, but I have not ran into a single problem with the app, it does everything I can think to throw at it! If you are on the fence about getting permanent Christmas lights, DO IT!Show lessKenneth W37
