Worst Product , App and Customer Service
Company cheated by selling product in Feb 2022 that lights can be controlled remotely though cloud version of app came in Aug 2022. They don’t give demo of actual app when they try to sell .Company had to let go sales rep because of false promises, but they not ready to compensate customer.
The non cloud version of app only worked when you are close to controller . Lights stopped working in few days and hard to get hold of team to fix .

App Doesn’t Provide Enough Control
As others have said, the lights are great, but the app is the weak point. It does not provide the level of control needed. A couple weak points for me.
1- The brightness slider needs to be moved to the Adjust tab to the Pattern tab. The reason being that you cannot control the brightness of individual lights. I want 1 bright, followed by 3 dim with a custom warm white color. This isn’t possible. The lighter/darker slider also is not the solution to this problem for custom colors.
2- The speed setting for the chase needs more slower options. For example, the vast majority of the time my lights will be in accent mode. I would like the ability to set a very slow chase (like every minute or 30 seconds) to ensure the LEDs get used/worn evenly.Show lessRYANKELLOGG
Doesn't work for me
Downloaded the app and added my controller then it goes to the opening page and does nothing. Close the app and open it again and it's as if I never added the controller. I have tried it several times with the same result.cbd2387
Needs work
Whenever I try to edit a pattern, the app shows a spinning circle and “Getting Data”. It never finishes. I left it for half an hour once and it didn’t move past this. Have to force quit the app and launch again, but I get the error more than 9 times out of 10.Baronial Ascendency
This app is terrible.
This is my first time ever taking the time to write a review for any App because this one is so bad. I have alternated between Jelly Fish Cloud and Jelly Fish Developer just to make a consistent connection . The splash screen stays on for minutes before going to a data error message. Full disclosure, I work for Jellyfish Lighting. I was the first non-developer to get the cloud app. I have loved seeing how the app and firmware have improved since their first release. I love the features and functionality and can’t wait to see the enhancements they make.MichaelPriddis
Finally accessible from the cloud
Love that Jellyfish is continually improving the capabilities of their controller. I originally had an issue after updating my controller for this cloud update. However, it just turned out that my controller was stuck booting. I power cycled it and all is good now.DirtClodimus
