Hi, Chad5k1! Thank you for the feedback and we’re really sorry you didn’t have a good experience charging this time. To confirm, the minimum session fee works towards your total charging cost and isn’t a separate fee. However, we will be working to change the authorisation fee and minimum session fee, in the near future to a level that fits our owner’s properties and mitigates any inconvenience this could cause. Thank you for bringing that to our attention. Finally, we can confirm that Amex and Mastercard are indeed supported and have been used by other users previously. We’re also working to implement Apple and Google Pay in the coming months. We appreciate it’s much faster for users. Great for my staycation at Lake District
Love it. So simple and easy to use.
I always need a charge every week as I don’t have a home charger. Once I finish my game, my car is all charged up and ready to go.
When I had questions about charging and called them up, the support staff were incredibly helpful. Could not recommend them enough!! xx

Thank you for your feedback and we are sincerely sorry you have not had a good experience with the app. Regarding your issue with password reminder, the emails can sometimes get lost in the junk mail or spam / email filters, but we hate it when even one email gets lost! So we're terribly sorry for that and we are currently improving this delivery rate. If you are using one of our venue-operated chargepoints, you can always give our 24/7 Support line a call should you encounter any issues or you can email us at info@voltshare.co.uk and we would be more than happy to help you in any way we can. We hear you on your feedback on the app design for mobile devices.
