We are excited to announce a major update to the VoltShare platform with the following new features that improves user experience for both drivers and site owners: For Hosts/Site Owners: Host Management section contains all information and features for Site owners. My Site: you can register multiple chargers per site. Charging costs and site information are now set once and apply to all chargers within a site. Site Details: you can now set Usage Restrictions (Public, Customers) and Parking Restrictions (Paid, Free) to inform users of site rules Parking Costs: we have removed the ability to charge for parking. Chargers: there are now status indicators to show the network connectivity and charging status of each charger. V.Cards (RFID Cards): you can now link V.Cards to each site. Holders of V.Cards can access chargers under that site, for free. (Note: this feature is not available for HH1 chargers) Super Users: you can now link selected users to each site for free charging. This allows you to enable Staff Charging without the need for V.Cards. Super Users will still go through the same charging process via the App, without payment. For Drivers: Improved Map: the map now shows clusters of sites. Each map pin indicates a site. Site Information: the overview tab now includes number of available chargers and the maximum charging speed. Charger Status: you can now see the status of each charger within a site. Selecting a Charger: you can select a charger by clicking on the charger under the Site details or by scanning the QR code on each charger. Auto-Stop: once your charging session cost has reached the pre-authorisation hold value shown on the app, it will stop automatically. Zero Charge: If your charging session has not consumed any energy due to connectivity issues, no minimum session fee will be applied.

Search and Reserve: Find available chargepoints near you and reserve with a 1-hour time slot to ensure it is yours. 2. Safe and Secure Charging: Charging can only be initiated by scanning the QR code on the chargepoint with our backend cloud system ensuring you are using the right one. 4. Live Charging Session Data: With a direct connection to the chargepoint, you will have access to live data from your charging session including electricity usage, ongoing parking cost, ongoing charging cost, and ongoing total costs. 5. More affordable, PAYG service: No more overpaying for what you don’t use. Our app and network service calculates exactly how much you have used and ensures you only pay for what you use.
