  • Poor download process

    The app has a pretty good design but when trying to download a file to your phones gallery, it’s nearly impossible to do so. It takes forever to get the download to even complete and you’re lucky if it does even that. Usually the download will progress and then go straight down to 0% and restart. This makes viewing videos a pain if you really need it for evidence. Fix that and it’s a five star app

    Thank you for your feedback and sorry for the inconvenience. When connecting to wifi, please disable VPN, 4G/5G, and security software. In addition, due to the large memory capacity of 4K video files, if you set it to 5-minute video, the download time will be a bit long, so we suggest you set it to 1-minute video. Hope this helps. We will continue to do better!

    Worthless can’t even connect to it. Followed all of the directions and called customer support. Nothing works. Whole reason I got the camera was because the reviews of how well connecting to phone was. I’m over it. Probably returning.

  • Front camera always going out

    Every once in a while when I go without time opening the app there aren’t any clips of the front camera In the gallery. Only until I go back into the app is where both cameras start recording for a certain period of time. This would defeat the purpose of having a dash cam if the front facing cam just stops recording all of a sudden.

    Thank you for your feedback. After successfully connecting to wifi, all the videos on the camera will be synchronized to the APP. So you can watch and download the video recorded on the camera through APP. If there is no wifi connection, the camera cannot synchronize the video to the APP. Hope it helps you, we will make better improvements.
  • All most all is good

    The only thing I don’t like about the dashcam is having to turn my cell signal to my phone off, in order for the Wi-Fi connection to the camera. Other than that, 1 month use and no problems. :-)

  • My review/experience.

    I’ve had my dash cam (front & rear) for about 4-5 months now. I haven’t been into a wreck, but I will say the 4k quality is nice and the clips I’ve saved have been great.. It works good until it chooses when to “Pause Recording” on its own when I need to save a clip.. Not cool. I did change the SD card and is still doing it. Not impressed with what it has been doing lately. I just wanted to state that issue incase if anyone else experiences this, or if it is an issue RT can fix.

    Nothing fancy. Just a simple interface that’s easy to understand and use. Works great for me. 👍🏽

    A total invasion of privacy. They admit they are collecting your private data. Use at your own risk. Read their “privacy”agreement carefully. Paraphrasing…Our server will collect information about your mobile “communication device” (your smartphone) model , device identification, time and location of your “visit” …
    I. E. They can track your whereabouts??? Why?
    Deleted the application and will consider returning the camera. Unbelievable!

Please don't worry. 1.Data protection: Our dashcam app only records necessary information such as driving data and route tracking, without collecting any personal privacy data like the user's name, phone number, or ID. And these data are used for the owner to view by himself. 2.Data processing: The app transforms the driving data into visual reports that help car owners understand their vehicle's performance and driving behaviors, like the driving speed etc. During this process, no personal privacy information of the car owner will be disclosed.
