Love Dr. Cabral and app concept but…
I’ve been having technical issues where I can’t get Apple Health and Ayubowan to sync. I have the latest iOS and most up-to-date version of this app. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I’ve reached out to their support team over a week ago and haven’t gotten a response yet. Hopeful they’ll push out an update that corrects this, as this app seems like it could be a great place to house all-things-health/wellness.B7997
Constant issues with app, slow customer service
I have the app since the beginning since there is no other way to get test results , and there are always some issues. Lately I lost all my previously conversation with my health coach. Also my tests disappeared, but got them back-luckily. Inside messaging portal is not working. Hard to get anyone from customers service. Even via email it takes very long time to get customer service response.11Reno

I’ve been trying to get in touch with customer support for weeks. I’ve tried - calling, email, chatting within the app and no response. It’s frustrating when you pay for a lab but cannot receive results.sidneyu77

So excited about this new app !
I have been following Stephen Cabral on podcasts, and am a level one health coach working towards my level 2 with him. This brings it all to one place and make it fun and simple to follow. I am getting older but growing younger through learning and Applying the concepts he teaches.
