Cool idea, but app could be better
I’ve only used this on iPhone, so not sure if desktop is also an option / but the app is sooo slow and lags when trying to input information. I love the idea behind it and can see how useful it wound be for finding correlations with symptoms and causes, but it is so buggy I usually give up after a few minutes.

Already seeing improvements in my mood!
I am very glad I’ve found this app. I don’t think I would have ever noticed that my mood improves by 27% when I eat breakfast. Might seem obvious, but I’ve never tried tracking my mood with or without breakfast. And I’m really glad I started. I’m excited for other things that I’m going to find out.
Improved my mood significantly
It’s amazing how a simple app like this helped me. I was feeling under stress, down and couldn’t understand triggers of it. Thanks to Effecto I baselined and got rid of several triggers and improved my mood noticeably.
Design very well
I seriously need some meditation and sleep exercises or sounds in my life but this app doesn't have them. Everything else in Effecto is great though, especially the insights and correlations.

I've been having mood swings and difficulties concentrating, my productivity also dropped but the doctor said it's just the stress. Started using this app 2 months ago so I could track my mood and other symptoms and show them to my psychotherapist so I could have a proper data. This trackeer helped me to identify some triggers of what was causing me feel that way and finally managed to reach a diagnosis. Turns out I have ADHD and anxiety.

Amazing!
I love that this app let's me get super granular - I'm a project manager and I love to have as much customization I want haha. This makes the app very effective to stay on top of my migraine and ADHD. There is no magic bullet obiviously, but I can avoid my triggers more succesfully and even my co-workers noticed that my mood improved over the last few months when I started using Effecto. Also, great customer support. Had a few problems with my payment plan and they resolved it quickly.

Great app!!
Was looking for an app to track my daily habits and health and found this. It's simple, intuitive, yet amazing app. The correlations feature is already bringing positive changes! I started avoiding some of the things that make me feel worse and my. mood has increased since!
The best ever!
I'm suffering from migraine since high school and lately it's been getting worse. I've been having headache attacks every two weeks and my doctor just increased my meds and told me to take some days off work to relieve the stress it probably was causing but it didn't really help. Downloaded this app to find what could be causing these attacks 6 months ago and I didn't have one for 4 months already! Hope it stays the way it is right now!

Convenient
Been using this app for the a few months already to track my depression and it's been pretty cool. Managed to sucessfully identify some triggers. Turns out that some of the TV shows I'm watching are really bad for me so I decided to give them up. Improved my mood since!
Good work
I was logging everything on excel before but it quickly became annoying and it was hard to draw conclusions from it. A few months ago I've found this app. It has anything you might want to track and helps you to identify correlations, trends, and find causes. Probably the best tracking app there is!
