Horrible user sign up process
Downloaded the app in-store to sign up for the rewards program. I filled out the form and tapped sign up, page was non responsive. Tapped again and received “too many requests” error. Tried signing up on a web browser and got “the field is not formatted correctly” error. Terrible user experience. Makes me never want to attempt signing up for the loyalty program again. Your dev team should fix this ASAP.

App keeps signing me out
I love flame broiler. I’d go there more often if the app would work like it’s supposed to. Every time I exit the app, it says our systems have updated please login again. Requiring me to enter my full password and id. It’s such a hassle each time I want to eat, I usually end up going to wabba grill or something else. Please fix this, otherwise when I do sign in, the app works flawlessly. Rewards also do not work. Only good for ordering and requiring a sign in each time

Worst Mobile Food App
This has to be the worst app experience I’ve had. Every time you open the app it randomly makes you sign back in. The locations are also off by the time they close. You can’t use your rewards at all. Why not update your in store locations to scan your rewards and get points at least through a receipt. What is the point of this app?

Pick up Time
It would be nice to place order within the same hr of pick up, I placed order at 2:45 p.m. and it won’t be ready until 4pm!!! That’s a big gap.

Worst Food App
At least allow people to redeem receipts for points! This app is such garbage it crashes all the time, never gets location and crashes when it tries to. When you select a location then try to select an item it’ll crash again. Then when you finally get to checkout and choose Apple Pay it’ll say payment declined despite it not being true and then it’ll crash and you’ll be forced to restart. Literally the worst food app experience like why bother making this garbage, can’t believe they actually paid for the development of trash.

Cant redeem rewards!!!!
I started coming to my local flame broiler & was excited to find out they have rewards through the app, but for the past two months I haven’t been able to redeem a single reward after buying dozens of bowls! At this point it’s just false advertising because you’re unable to redeem in store as well. I’ll be reporting them for this as well, there seems to be no customer support or email to contact. Another annoying thing is they give you 3 free sauces & charge .25 through the app if you pick magic sauce. But in store it’s free and out to get yourself. I just get it in store when I pick up since they want to be greedy.

Still a bit glitchy
So I see that they’ve made various updates to the app to fix bugs and other improvements. Well, they may need to make more. I specifically came to leave a review because of how frustrated I’ve been with the app. I keep building up points, but I can’t use them because every time I try to use the points, and I FOR SURE have the item in my cart (for example, avocado add-on or mini bowl), it says I don’t have the item in my cart so I can’t apply the reward however, it’s still takes my points away. It takes my points away but doesn’t apply the discount. I have to make sure to “unapply” the reward. Very frustrating.

Payment issues
I can’t believe how frustrating the payment processing is on this app. On multiple instances, my credit card was repeatedly declined despite all the info being correct, whether I retype it or use the saved info. Had to call my bank the first time, and the second time I just gave up and decided to try another card.
Tried another card, and this time got an error message saying “The sum of the card tips must equal the total tip.” There is no option to place different portions of the tip on different cards or anything, so this message doesn’t even seem applicable to anything on this app’s checkout screen. It was impossible to complete the order until I REMOVED the tip.

Need to train better and can’t put in purchases
First this is the only food rewards app that doesn’t allow you to input your receipt after purchase. Second the employees don’t ask for any rewards info just white out brown rice last Employees always seem clueless when you present rewards to them. The manager said he could input my purchase that I made for my team but it was just their 4 star rewards and he didn’t input how much I purchased, just hit the number 1 on his end so I don’t know how that connects to the app
