  • Slow

    The app is slow and makes it difficult to just make a simple order to get points. I should be able to just type my phone number in to get my points instead of having to use another app to try and get my food.
  • Rewards do not work!

    This need to be fixed. The app takes your money with ease on an order but when it’s finally time to redeem a reward or get a bowl discounted, their app has many flaws in its interface and “errors” constantly occur. It’s a poorly made app that only works smoothly when you’re paying full price for your order. How convenient.

  • Doesn’t work

    Most stores don’t work with the app, even though they advertise in their windows they do. It will tell you payment error, but when you check with the store as to why they say they don’t accept app orders or rewards. I also don’t gain any rewards no matter how much I purchase. They advertise as 10 points for every dollar spent, it I buy FB at least once a week and I never earn any points.

  • Never receive points

    My location doesn’t accept points. They advertise it in their store yet they don’t have a way to take your phone number and input your points. They said it’s for online orders on the app. While the app says to collect your points you are suppose to give the store your phone number. The promotion to download their app for points is deceiving. No don’t if I can support this restaurant any longer.

  • Order

    I ordered in the app so I could pick up after work but it wouldn’t let me move the time up on the app so I ordered then got there and waited for them to make it. Added 10 mins. Staff was really helpful though.
  • Bad First Impressions

    Impression 1: Ordered through the app, uber delivered the order to who knows where. Store couldn’t help me so I had to email management hoping to get a refund. So far no reply, no refund -just a waste of time and money.

    Impression 2: Gave it another chance. Ordered on the app and then found out the location is closed but can’t cancel on the app so I have to call the store to cancel the order. Tomorrow is labor day, so now I have to wait two days before I can cancel the order. Fm.

    I’ll update my review if and when I receive my order, IF I even receive it this time.

  • App needs work

    Order pending doesn’t update. It’s two hours later and still says my order is being processed. Points don’t get added to rewards. I have email my receipt to customer service to update.
  • Delicious fresh dinner

    This place is phenomenal hands down delicious and healthy great prices and great food. You must try it now. I’m addictive to it.
  • Store unable to cancel order

    Wrong location was chosen, right after I placed the order I quickly went back to cancel it but the app wasn’t letting me cancel it, kept giving me error. Called the store mgt said they could not cancel it on their side. Even though they hadn’t started the order. I had to go through my bank to cancel the transaction. Disappointed with flame broiler having been a customer for years.

  • Poor execution for a rewards app

    Can’t scan or check in when placing an order at a store. Can’t get credit for a purchase from a receipt. Everything has to be done through the app. Kind of ridiculous.
