Can’t complete account creation!
I’ve tried at least a dozen times to create an account on the app. Every time I get to the sign up button, nothing happens. Every time I have entered every field completely and correctly. Useless waste of time!WingIt59
Happy there’s an app but…
Finally flame broiler has an app! However when ordering it’s frustrating that the default time fails until you pick a time far enough in the future. Please add an ASAP for order time for those of us who plan to just go to the restaurant soon.juhcobywankenobi
Good but needs improvement
Not able to give my phone number at store so missed out on 25 points on first order. If giving phone number is not an option, please delete that from app. Please add the ability to submit receipts so any missing points can be requested. App states 600 points received for sign up, only received 100 points for sign up.Show lessRichara1
Great Idea, Still needs work
Flame broiler is my favorite place to grab lunch, but the app is sadly still lacking.
A couple improvements needed:
1. Multiple locations advertise the app, but when I ask for somewhere to input my phone number to get credit, they say they don’t offer that. I’m told I can order through the app for pickup credit but…
2. I like to order my bowl with broccoli only. And although the app seems to have the ability to choose what veggies to order, when I go to customize veggies to remove cabbage and carrots, I get an error message that says “Max amount reached” like it thinks I’m trying to add more veggies when I’m actually trying to remove them.
Please fix these things and I’d happily change my rating!Show lessSoCalZachG

Have 6 different locations in town and the app won’t let me choose a locationDun18
Rewards don’t work
Anytime I try to use the $5 rewards, the app crashes. I have multiple discounts that I’ve earned but cannot use themgivenintothetaking

Appreciate you guys listening to my last review!!! Changed my rating to a 5-star just for that. One thing to note, I’ve noticed that applying a $5-off coupon to a previous order results in a blank white screen. I know you guys will sort it out, but just thought I’d let you know :) also, in the customization screen you cannot remove particular veggies. It says “max amount reached”.
