  • Almost a good app

    UPDATE:
    Woot! They fixed the problems below with their most recent update!! Can select veggies and apple pay seems to at least fix locations that don’t have that credit/debit card functionality on this app for whatever reason. Super thrilled they read, replied, and fixed the problems I brought up.

    OLD:
    I love flame broiler so was excited when they came out with an app/rewards program! However the app has lots of bugs. Biggest one being that you can’t select a subset of veggies - if you try to deselect an option it just say “max number of options selected” and so you can’t customize. 2nd is that most locations I try don’t have any payment method “set up” so you can never complete the order. Now I’m getting an error that a location doesn’t allow for pickup orders… All these problems go away when ordering online however. Otherwise this app makes things a lot simpler than ordering online. I wanna love this app but too many bugs - I desperately HOPE they get fixed in the future!

  • Worthless

    No options and even the available options don’t work, very very glitchy. Please invest in your mobile app, I don’t eat here just bc I don’t want the lime but the mobile app doesn’t work you’re losing money

  • Order on app but order was not ready at 6:35

    I ordered my food on the app. However it was not ready at time of arrival because the chef was on break. I had to wait additional time.

  • Good BUT could be BETTER

    It has a good presentation and can order everything that’s available the only thing that I have a problem with is that I’ve used this app and spent more than 100$ over the span of 2 months but the points don’t save up and stay the same at “0”.

  • App has issues

    While I like the food, the app has issues. I earned points on my first time ordering. Once I ordered a 2nd time, all my points on the first purchase disappeared.

    The app doesn’t allow you to customize your mixed veggies. If you want ONLY carrots or ONLY broccoli, you can’t de-select the other options. The only work around is to add special instructions. If you can find it.

  • Bad app

    The app doesn’t even show up when you search flame broiler. Then when you finally get the app the location doesn’t work so you can’t make an order. Pretty bad.
  • Horrible app

    I love flame, got excited when I found out there was an app and you could get points after every order since I’m there every other week. Sadly I can’t use it and it’s so disappointing. Every time I try to use the app and go to payment it says my credit card is not a valid payment at that store. And you can’t get points for ordering at the site bc they don’t do that lol TRASH

  • Poor App

    Did you release an app just to release an app?
    The app should automatically pick an available time based on when it can be available. I used default settings to order, put in my card and saved for the future. The app made me go back to select a different time… I picked the next available time, went the to the payment page, and again… couldn’t be ready in time. I went in a 3rd time, selected another 5 mins out, and then the order went in. The employees also have no clue what the app does nor do they know how to use a phone number to look up your account to get credit. Train your employees.

  • No points?

    Love ordering ahead with this app. It’s soooo much faster than ordering at the store. The only issue and it’s a large one is that I never seem to earn points. It says enter your phone number at checkout but this doesn’t appear to be a feature during checkout for me. Would be nice to get some points since that’s touted all over the place but the ease of ordering and quickness of it certainly worthy of praise
