  • Won’t shop again

    Placed an order on 2 July for 2 shirts. Had to download the app just to track the order which means signing up for an account. All responses are in German so I emailed Customer Service today, 7 July, to get a status. That response was also in German so I had to use Google Translate to view it.

    I would say the response didn’t take long, probably less than an hour, but basically stated it was still being processed and the order wouldn’t arrive until 29 July. So basically to process, ship and the expected arrival date could take 4 weeks but “it could arrive sooner.” Mind you this was for 2 shirts only.

    Personally having to download the app to track the order, responses in German and 4 weeks from start to finish tells me this is a new company and/or few employees to process orders. If I wrong, then I don’t understand why it takes twice as long to receive 2 shirts from Germany than if I place an order from another merchant that ships from China.

    I still need to rate the product once it arrives, but OUKU needs to do much better! I wouldn’t doubt the shirts are made in China. This may be the only reason why it takes so long to arrive - arrives in Germany before shipping out again. Too many unknowns at this point to order from OUKU again.

  • Wrong product

    First try was total wrong product. Trying again with credit they provided. Return would be crazy expensive. Stay tuned

    I really love the style of close from this site, however you have other sites that does free shipping.

  • Scam

    I placed an order online now it is impossible to access the order, look up the number, or contact customer service. I submitted to tickets online which never registered, and you can’t even get that far in the app. Waste of $50 bucks

  • NOT A USER FRIENDLY SITE

    When trying to track my order, I first must download an app, then after opening the app, I can never find my order or even area on the app to inquire about order status!
    Very poorly designed site and no contact phone number nor email address available to contact customer service.

  • Horrible exchange and return

    Better make sure you want the item cuz to return it you have to have a degree in international shipping and customs. It’s seriously the worst process on the planet. The clothes we ordered were the cheapest clothes I’ve ever seen. Super thin fabrics. Didn’t fit at all not true to size. It’s a huge disappointment.
