Best Paranormal Files Yet!

Once all the issues were taken care of this was an amazing game. For all the gamers that have been playing this genre from the beginning…this game gave me the OG Phantasmat vibes. Engaging storyline with a great cliffhanger. Can’t wait for the next Paranormal Files to see how the story continues!

Great now fixed

After recent fix i was able to purchase and play the game. The storyline was fascinating, based on supernatural activity. I will not go into detail but i loved it. The game is the longest i have played in a long time with a good bonus story too. The developer’s excelled themselves this time well done.

Same issue as other players connecting phone to computer then it freezes First problem fixed but now when I go to to unlock game it just says purchase failed as soon as you press on it Issues resolved fast thank you 😊 Loved the game are we going to find out about Rick in the next one. 🤞

OMG THIS IS RIDICULOUS 🤨

Yes you fixed the phone cord issue, thank you. BUT NOW WE CANT EVEN PURCHASE THE GAME 🤦‍♀️ I press UNLOCK and it IMMEDIATELY says “Purchase has failed”. It doesn’t even get to Apple just instantly give the failed message. And theres NOoooo Wayyyyy my purchase fails.
Its really turning people off and its a shame because its really good game. Im totally enjoying AND NOW I cant purchase so Ill move on to another and maybe come back to this one 🤷‍♀️ Its really too bad, I could of been a fan😏

Glitch AGAIN!!

I waited for you to fix the first part of the game with the phone charger, since that has been resolved I
went ahead and began playing the game.
Now that I have purchased it, I’m at the part where the characters are in the dining room. I did the puzzle of the picture on the wall, now once the picture slides over you are to take the book.
Unfortunately it won’t let me take the book.
Please fix the issue because $6.99 for a game that is glitchy leaves me not to happy.

I got through the free trial and then tried to purchase the game. It will not let me purchase it.

Another problem

After an update of freezing of the phone, now the in-app purchase does not work , you’re unable to purchase the game. What’s up with that!! Elephant developers better get their act together this ridiculous and frustrating. I gave it a 1 star until they fix this “AGAIN”!!!
