What is going on.

Another Early Release w/ Problems
Freezes after connecting the phone (during the very start of the game)… This is the second game they brought out during the past week that has had major issues needing to be fixed… The game is currently unplayable… I will await an update for the game (which will hopefully fix the issues beginning right from the start)…ShuronSmurfs
Freezes at phone charge
I was excited for this new game but it locks up when I plug the phone charger into the laptop and that’s it. I have not purchased the game so this is still in the free preview session. I have an iPad Air 4th gen. I love Elephant Games but recently the freezing up, items being invisible in inventory, or games mini games locking up and have to skip is a recurring problem lately. I tried to go to AppSupport but the page is not functional. What gives? You’re making it very hard for me to give you my money.Chateaux7

Hey, I just want to let you know there is a problem. I can’t get past the first part of the game. When I try to Hooke up the phone to the computer, the game freezes. I can’t even purchase. Will you please fix, so I can enjoy your games, especially this series. Thank youskeets7575
