Unable to connect to our new K5 premium Smart Control
Very disappointing- all this app does is connects you to videos and the online store. Our device is registered- but we cannot control anything via this app

I dont understand why some of the personal info were required fields.
The q reader would not read the qcode on the box so had to register products manually.
When I registered our small water blaster there was no field available to add the serial number so it has recorded it as 0000.
I cannot see anywhere in the app that I can confirm the additional 2yrs warranty (to make it up to 5yrs total) that was advertised on the packaging box.
