It's just a front for the website.

Good to see there is an app for Karcher equipment.
However, it's simply a front for the website. It's 2023! I should be able to click on an item, which your app does bring up individually, but it needs to give me all the information about it. All it does is show a picture of the attachment.
I should be able to read any info about something I want, then, now this might be shocking for you to read, PAY FOR THE ITEM....right inside your app.
Come on, Karcher. Modernise.
I don't want to be shoved on to a website to make a purchase.
It's double handling.

Unable to register

Unable to accept terms and conditions on the app to register!!!

Can’t get past front screen

After downloading the app, all I get is a message box that says I need to accept terms and conditions. There is no way to do this, so can’t use the app or do anything. Deleting app and laughing at the marketing material that told me to “get smart”. Pathetic

Can’t read Terms and Conditions

To access the app once downloaded it states you can continue as a Guest or create an account.

When you click on continue as a guest a pop up window stated you need to confirm that you have read the terms and conditions. The problem is to access the term and condition you need to scroll the page you are on up access the terms and conditions but because it is at the bottom of the phone when you scroll up it closes the application. The same happens when you even want to create an account.

As a result you can’t read the terms and conditions and therefore you cannot even access the app, so all your stuck with is the introduction page with either option to create an account or continue as a guest.

A different means of access to the Terms and Conditions should be created so the app can be accessed.

Useless

Downloaded as instructed within the new power washer box. Can’t move on from the first screen as it won’t scroll enough for me to accept their T & C. Hope the washer performs better than the app.

Not displaying on iPhone 13 mini

The opening page of this app on the iPone 13 mini has the “accept terms and condition” box off the bottom of the screen so it’s inaccessible, meaning no registration is possible and the app cannot be used.
Needs a bit of a reformat else it’s useless.

Pointless

The pairing process is really annoying as if you have the machine on and ready to use you have to turn it off at the mains then turn on the pairing process on the app then turn the machine back on. Tried to do this just my turning the K5 switch off and on again then try pairing it but didn’t work. Surely it would be easier to have it so you could pair the app automatically with the machine without going through this.

Now that the t&c issue is resolved the app errors out when hitting the login option. I’ve registered directly on the website and it still fails.

Completely Useless

I tried to register my Karcher K5 Home & Garden but to no avail?! As others have mentioned there are no T&C’s available to read. Also no instructions on putting together. I have placed all relevant parts where they should go, but do i guess which screws go where?? Very frustrating to say the least.
